HAND-MADE PRODUCTS

Most of the items in my shop are one-off, individual pieces and all are handmade from start to finish. Certain items with a quantity option available may still have slight variations in size and appearance due to the handmade nature. As a maker, my idea of beauty tends to embrace the “perfectly imperfect”. Some minor irregularities or “imperfections” that are visible on my pieces are part of their nature and character.

Please note that while I try to photograph the items as accurately as possible, it is likely that they will appear slightly different from one screen to the next.

CARE

Tableware and functional pieces like mugs, bowls and plates are food-safe and dishwasher safe although hand washing is recommended for longevity.  If a piece is not food/dishwasher safe it will be mentioned in the description. Please remember that these items are not mass produced, although they are durable and are meant for everyday use, I recommend handling with care. Please do not leave acidic foods (such as lemon or vinegar) for very long periods of time and wash/rinse them promptly after use. Sudden and extreme temperature changes are also to be avoided as this can cause damage to the piece.

The following personal information will be collected in order to make a purchase on this website:

Information provided to make a purchase is never shared or sold in any way with third parties.

All transactions are securely processed by Stripe. You can also choose to pay by Apple Pay.

SHIPPING

There is a flat shipping rate of 20 Euros for international orders that will be added to the total amount before check out.

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. Delivery times vary between destinations.

Your order will be shipped by Fed-EX or by PTT (Turkish Postal Service)

Once an order is shipped, I do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

After I ship your package, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the status of the order.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order as long as it has not  been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel an order  please contact me as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation is not possible. In this case you may follow this return policy:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, undamaged and unused within 14 days after receiving it - please contact me for returns and I will provide you with a return address.

Please note that any defect or injury caused by incorrect use of the item are excluded from refunds.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of an unused item. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Any items that are damaged (used, chipped or broken) will not be refunded. Once the item is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued.

Damaged Package:

Your order will be packed with utmost care, however, If a piece arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and report to me within 48 hours. I will replace or refund it. Defect or injury caused by incorrect use of items are excluded from refunds.
